Look Where IBM Really Places SMBs in the Food Chain

I had to read this sentence below in this article twice, then rub my eyes, clean my glasses, and re-read it again to make sure it said what it says. I know the price and value of everything these days continues to go up, up, up, but since when is a $3 Billion company (that's a B not an M) an SMB?

"We ask ourselves, Why would a company the size of IBM be interested in Coty?" said Dave Berry, CIO of the New York-based cosmetics and fashion company, noting that Coty is privately held and has only $3 billion in revenue, even after its recent acquisition of Unilever cosmetics.

Only $3B?

If a person running a company that by my rough math is generating a bit under $10M a day, 365 days of the year, is amazed that IBM can stoop down to his level, where do you supppose the average SMB sits on IBMs radar?
